Five Thousand Roses“People where you live," the little prince said, "grow five thousand roses in one garden... yet they don't find what they're looking for... And yet what they're looking for could be found in a single rose"

Long Distance Relationships...as much as they sound manageable in the "love conquers all" aspect...they are far from easy. Even in a world with today's technology LDRs (long distance relationships) can be messy, lonely, frustrating and at times just too much to bear....
Happy Monday everyone! Thanks for dropping by, I hope you're weekend was an adventurous one...mine was for sure. This past weekend I was lucky enough to take a train ride through Pennsylvania's past and beautiful Autumn. Since we've spent so much of 2020 indoors I...
Happy Wednesday everyone! I don't know about you but half way through the week I like to have a real quick in the butt to motivate me to get through the rest of the week. Sometimes that means using my morning time to have some deep conversations with myself (admit...
Happy Monday everyone! Hope you're all doing well and you've had the best weekend to jump start your week! Last week I was out with some major stomach issues, even had to take the week off of in-office work. But I am back and ready to conquer all my goals! Luckily by...
One thing that I've come to enjoy this year has been crafting with the help of my cricut. This beautiful machine was a Christmas gift last year, and honestly it's been the best thing ever. It helps pass the time and gets my creative juices flowing. The amount of...

Top 3 of 2019
1. Won Mental Battles
I’m a huge spokesperson on mental health and its importance. 2019 was a big year for me and battling some dark thoughts. It’s an ongoing battle, but 2020 is a better year for the strength I had getting through 2019.
2. Found my love of chicken and wafflles
I know I know…I’m a little late to the game. But I never understood the fascination or how it could possibly taste as good as everyone said. Well I finally budged. During a business trip to New Orleans, I caved and gave it a try…and I was hooked! I can now say it is by far one of my favorite breakfast/brunch meals.
3. Met my better half
Well…really I re-met my better half. I’ve known him for 7 years now, but it wasn’t til December that we got reacquainted and allowed things to take its course. We’re 8 months strong, but he’s become the most secure part of my life. Definitely has ups and downs like any relationship, but I’ve learned so many things about myself and how I’ve handled relationships (not just intimate ones).
